రాష్ట్ర పాఠశాల విద్యా శాఖ నుండి అందిన సూచనల ప్రకారం, ప్రతి సంవత్సరం నవంబర్ 26న సంవిధాన దినోత్సవాన్ని రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ, జడ్పీ, మండల, గురుకుల మరియు ఆశ్రమ పాఠశాలల్లో విశేషంగా నిర్వహించాలని ఆదేశించబడింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా రాజ్యాంగం ఆవిర్భావం, దాని మూల్యాలు, సూత్రాలు మరియు ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థ ప్రాధాన్యతపై విద్యార్థుల్లో అవగాహన పెంచేందుకు వివిధ కార్యక్రమాలను చేపట్టాలని పై స్థాయి అధికారులచే సూచనలు జారీ చేయబడ్డాయి.
అదే విధంగా, రాజ్యాంగంలోని పీఠిక సామూహిక పఠనం, రాజ్యాంగ నిర్మాతలపై అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాలు, క్విజ్లు, వ్యాసరచన, చిత్రలేఖనం వంటి కార్యకలాపాలు ప్రతి విద్యా సంస్థలో నిర్వహించాలనీ, నిర్వహించిన అన్ని కార్యక్రమాలకు సంబంధించి జియోట్యాగ్ చేసిన ఫోటోలు/వీడియోలు మరియు నివేదికలు నిర్ణీత గడువులోగా సమర్పించాలనే దిశగా పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు ఫీల్డ్ అధికారులకు మార్గదర్శకాలు జారీ చేయబడినవి.
ఈ నేపథ్యంలో, జిల్లా పరిధిలోని అన్ని పాఠశాలలు రాజ్యాంగ దినోత్సవాన్ని అర్థవంతంగా నిర్వహించడం కోసం క్రింది సూచనలను కచ్చితంగా అమలు చేయవలెను.

School Education – Celebration of Constitution Day on 26th November 2025 – Instructions as per the communication from Ministry of Education, Government of India – Certain Instructions – Issued.

ORDER:
The attention of all Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers, District School Educational Officers, DIET Principals and Additional Project Co-ordinators is invited to the reference cited above. The Ministry of Education has instructed all Schools to celebrate Constitution Day on 26th November 2025 across the Nation.
All educational institutions must organise activities that highlight the values and principles of the Constitution of India. The following instructions should be strictly adhered to:
1. Reading of the Preamble by Students:
- The mass reading of the Preamble to the Constitution shall be conducted at 11:00 AM on 26.11.2025.
- Schools shall use the platform “constitution75.com” for reading the Preamble in 22 Indian Languages.
2. Reading of Preamble by Staff and Parents:
- All teachers, parents, and school administrators shall read the Preamble at 11:00 AM on 26.11.2025, as instructed by the Ministry of Education.
3. Organisation of Activities:
Schools shall conduct the following activities on Constitution Day:
- Talks / Seminars
- Quiz Programmes
- Essay Writing Competitions
- Painting Competitions
- Awareness Programmes on the Historical Evolution of the Constitution & Constitution Makers
4. Participation in Online Quiz:
- Students and teachers may participate in the Online Quiz on Constitutional Democracy hosted on MyGov.in
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- All schools shall upload Geotagged photographs/videos of all conducted activities.
- Schools must upload Certificates generated after Preamble reading & quiz participation on their social media handles and on the link provided by MoE.

- Field officers must ensure 100% compliance and submit consolidated reports to this office by 28.11.2025.

- Ensure active participation of students, teachers, and staff
- Take necessary action to make the programme a grand success
